Most schools prepare students to adapt to a future designed by someone else. At OneGEN Academy, we’re developing the people who will actually design it — educator-led academic mentorship amplified by immersive AI, hands-on creation in our afternoon studios, all in classes strictly capped at 14.

Every era has its OneGen.
History does not move in straight lines; change gathers quietly in classrooms, laboratories, and workshops until it reaches a threshold. No generation changes history alone, but at certain moments, one generation becomes the bridge into a new era. Now history reaches another threshold. The generation growing up today will live alongside advanced intelligence, robotics, and biotechnology. Their challenge is not learning to compete with machines, but learning to remain fully human while using technology to amplify human capability. OneGEN Academy exists to give them the knowledge to see clearly, the judgment to choose wisely, the capability to build boldly, and the courage to lead for humanity.

04 · Cohorts, Guilds & Guardrails
Mastery, craft, and stewardship — in one coherent day.
Cohorts are the age-level base: morning standups, Mastery Sprints, and movement, capped at 14 students so acceleration stays developmentally calibrated. Guilds are mixed-grade clusters meeting two to three times a week, where students collaborate on architecture, robotics, music composition, culinary arts in The Galley, digital design, and global project sprints. Guild clusters reconstitute every sprint cycle — two, four, or six weeks — and rotate through “Sprints Around the World,” exploring Mandarin, French, Spanish, Slavic languages, German, and Italian cultures to build global perspective without low-yield drill work.
